Café Marmotte embodies what a neighborhood bistro should be— it is the perfect place for romantic dinners, casual meals, and friendly get-togethers alike. Locals throughout the Washington Park neighborhood have already fallen in love with this jewel box of a restaurant. Now Denver and the rest of the country are starting to figure it out too. With Chef George Andrews leadership along with owners Maria Katsaros and her brother Stratis, they have created the perfect spot for you to enjoy the delights of traditional French tastes and First Class service.

Keep it simple
The Mile High city’s Café Marmotte is a part restaurant, part wine bar. Owner Maria Katsaros and her brother Stratis took over leadership of the place in 2017 and have made it a lively gathering spot to offer delicious food and a venerable wine list.
Café Marmotte has established relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and growers that are providing the restaurant with fresh, local produce, meat, and other products
The menu finds inspiration from France and Colorado’s farmers’ markets while the wine program, personally overseen by Maria, focuses on French wines from several regions of the world.
