We use native and sustainably farmed ingredients* allowing us to serve the finest French cooking around.  Being a locally owned Denver French restaurant, we present traditional French cooking at the core of our menu, like French onion soup, and Coq au vin, elevated with locally inspired dishes that we think you will love.   All of this is complemented by signature cocktails, Colorado craft beers and a wine list emphasizing bottles from small producers.
